Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Opened or used items cannot be returned due to the nature of our natural and consumable products.

Timeframe

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@aravallinaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and specify the item you would like in exchange.
  • Once your return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualifies for a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@aravallinaturals.com.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
